Implementing Stricter Safety Protocols
To further protect the health and safety of our staff, we have introduced face-masks for everyone entering our sites, additional gowns and alternate cleaning aids.
Our control mechanisms now include:
- Restricted access to all sites
- Separation of shift workers
- Further health and safety protocols of all staff on site
- Additional scheduled cleaning of facilities
- Alternate cleaning aids
- Mandatory temperature monitoring for everyone entering our facilities
- Mandatory face-mask for everyone entering our facilities
- Additional gowns
- No in-person meetings, conferences and events
- No travel
Going Above and Beyond
All over the World, Baxter employees, clinicians and Governments are coming together to fight COVID-19 and deliver critical medication and treatment to patients.
- In Belgium our colleagues have setup manufacturing of hand sanitizer
- Our Asian teams have established a fully running production line of face-masks in less than 3 weeks
- In India our drivers are travelling up to 50 miles to deliver critical medication
